Our friend Marcos Luger has released a Road-Trip-Style Video called 'Picnic Trippy Next Generation & The Intergalactic Soul Hippie Lighter'. It's about the acro-competition-season 2003, St. Hilaire and some other places where we spent some time together.

Alex and Bernd went to the legendary 'Trofeo Adrenalina' aerobatic competition in Malcesine/Italy at Lake Garda. Alex won the acro competition and Bernd finished as 4th. Bernd and Alex also performed a couple of synchro-acro flights besides the competition; they also showed their first synchro spiral to synchro loop in public there.

We are back in Austria after the acro tour. It was very nice and
a new experience to fly in all those competitions
in Slovenia, Italy and Switzerland. Also the free-flying together with all the other pilots
we met in the competitions was very nice. After the Loop Acrocup in Bohinj/Slovenia we invited all acro
pilots to follow us to the Gerlitzen in Austria for
training and this ended up in two days intensive training
and a lot of fun with all the guys ;) Then we all
drove down to Omegna/Italy to compete at AcroAria - the organization spent a lot of effort into safety;
the rescue teams in the boats were very fast. A pity,
that there was not much time left for the synchro
competition  .

At Vertigo we managed to get 9th - Alex and
me are very satisfied with this result. We were also
quite surprised to fly the highest-aspect-ratio wings
in the competition  .
But you have to believe us: it's really a very special
feeling to fly with that kind of wings; on the one
side it's much harder to fly certain maneuvers like
the Helicopter but on the other hand you have a more
intensive experience during the flight  .
